On Friday, November 16, the Lakehead Orillia Men's competed in their second tournament of the season hosted by Humber College at Westwood Arenas in Etobicoke. The Men kicked off the tournament with an early morning 8:15 am start against the Canadore Panthers. The Thunderwolves were able to come out of top scoring 1 goal in the first from Noah Sands (#91), 2 goals in the second from Ryan Rodger (#15) & Colton Stone (#23), and the final goal by Santino Tonigussi (#9) with only 25 seconds left in the game! Next the Thunderwolves competed against the University of Toronto Scarborough Racoons in a mid-morning game, Jordan Baker (#12) scoring their one point. The Thunderwolves fought hard but were unable to come out on top for this round, giving the win to the Racoons. The quarter finals were next up for the Thunderwolves where they faced the George Brown Huskies. After giving it their all, scoring one each for Tonigussi (#9) and Jesse Nicholson (#83) the Thunderwolves fell short to the Huskies. Great work Thunderwolves!
