Fitness Room Waiver
Find out about the on-campus fitness room and the waiver to get access to the Fitness Room in the Residence Building, open for all students
Monday to Friday: 6:00am - 9:00pm
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
How to Access the Fitness Room:

Complete our Risk and Liability Waiver by clicking the icon. Please read, sign, and submit the waiver, in its entirety prior to your first visit. Please do this 24 hours in advance for your first visit. This will give us time to activate your card. Activations will not occur during weekends or holidays. NOTE: Members under 17 years of age will need to have their waiver signed by a parent/guardian. The youth version of this form can be found here. |
Who can Access:
All current Lakehead Orillia students can access the fitness room, regardless of whether they are learning on or off campus. Only those who have signed and submitted the risk and liability waiver will have physical access to the room.
As of May 1, 2022, Lakehead Orillia staff and faculty passes are available to purchase. Please contact orillia.athletics@lakeheadu.ca for more information on staff and faculty passes.
Parking:
Paid parking is required on campus Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. There is a pay and display machine in the parking lot. You can also purchase a semester parking pass with Security.
Water Bottles:
There is no access to a water fountain and we strongly encourage you to bring your own reusable water bottle. There are water bottle fill-up stations in Simcoe Hall and the Cafeteria building for use if needed.
